The most exciting performance cars and top international racing machines were on display at this year’s Autosport show.

This stunning Gulf-livered Aston Martin DBR1 will defend the GTR1 title it won in 2007, 40 years since the distinctive colour scheme was first seen in motor sport.

KTR’s radical X-Bow made its first appearance in Britain in limited edition ‘Gleaming White’ bodywork. Only 100 X-Bows will be available in the sparkling white trim.

Every motor sport from Formula 1 to rallying was catered for including a special tribute to 1995 World Rally Champion Colin McRae, who died last year. Each of his rally cars were brought together on a special stand, including the Subaru Impreza he won the championship in.

Lewis Hamilton’s stunning debut season in F1 has sparked a massive growth of interest in the sport. Many of the karts and cars that he used to make his way to F1 were on show.
