Last week London's Hurlingham Club threw open its doors to the Salon Privé show.

The society garden party played host to more dazzling motors than you can shake a canapé at - from Maybach's Batmobile-like Exelero concept car, Rolls-Royce’s 101EX, a McLaren SLR, and perhaps most impressively, a Bugatti Veyron - the world's fastest and most expensive supercar.

And one of us got to sit in it.
