Mercedes SLR McLaren vs Bugatti Veyron

The Mercedes SLR McLaren is one of the world’s most exclusive and fastest cars.

The 5.5-litre engine produces 626bhp and accelerates the supercar from 0-60mph in 3.8 seconds before reaching a top speed of 208mph.

It was once the fastest car around the Top Gear track and  costs a juicy £313,000.

But that’s small fry compared to the Bugatti Veyron.

The £800,000 Bugatti Veyron accelerates from 0-62mph (100kph) in 2.5 seconds and has a top speed of 253mph.

Colin McRae’s Subaru Impreza from Look at the Wheels on That

The great rally driver Colin McRae was killed along with three others in a helicopter crash earlier this month.

He was Britain’s first ever World Rally Champion and bought the sport to the masses when he lent his name to a popular computer game.

In honour of the brilliant McRae, Vijay Pattni waxed lyrical about the Subaru Impreza the Scot won the 1995 championship in.

Some cars are so simple they can be driven by pond life.

Hyundai turned one of its vehicles into a fish tank at a motor show.

Apparently the sound system has some real bass.
