The British Motor Show is underway at London's ExCeL – and we wanted to know what our favourite visitors – YOU – thought of it.

TV star Vernon Kay TV has already given the show his seal of approval. Earlier this week he said: "I'm glad to be here – it's a great showcase of the world's best cars. We sent our roving reporter Adrian Hearn to see whether you agreed.

Father and son Mark and Chris from London were impressed with the show and its organisation.

“It’s very good and nicely laid out. We liked the Vauxhall and Ford stands and are glad it’s back in London.”

Peter and Alan Froude (above right) from the South East were also pleased with its return to the capital.

“The facilities are good and I really like the Chrysler 300C Touring,” said Peter.

“I definitely recommend it – long may it stay in London,” added Alan.

Neal and Ray Morar and Kan SanghaniLocals Neal and Ray Morar and Kam Sanghani felt it was a better show than two years ago.

“It’s fantastic – much better than Birmingham. It doesn’t feel like an industrial site like the NEC.”

Their favourite cars presented were the Aston Martin Rapide and the convertible Jaguar XKR.

Dorothy and Stuart Isom travelled from Northamptonshire and were visiting the show for the first time.

“It’s very good – better than what we were expecting. Our highlight was the Dockside Story.

“Our favourite cars here were the Honda Civic Type R and the Ford Focus CC,” they said.

Paul Kelbie and Kim Marren from Bristol were really enjoying the show.

“My favourite car was the supercharged Range Rover,” said Paul.

“I really liked the Cadillac Escalade on the Auto Trader stand,” added Kim.

Chris Sunley and Paul SamuelChris Sunley and Paul Samuel travelled up from Exeter.

“It’s a really good show at a fantastic venue. It was a long journey but we got there in the end,” they said.

Making the short journey from Croydon, Page Stewart and Joe Knighting were enjoying the show but had a little regret.

“It’s good but I am a bit disappointed Audi haven’t showed up,” said Joe.

“I really liked the TVR stand,” added Page.

Father and son Mark and Brad Toms came down from Rutland.

“We went to the NEC last time which was a shorter journey but it is more modern and better laid out here,” said Mark.

“The Dockside Story was brilliant,” said Brad.
