Sachs Speedjet R

News image Top of the range specification doesn’t have to mean out of range pricing, as the new Speedjet R from Sachs proves.

The Speedjet R is the latest addition to Sachs’ growing range of quality machines that offer riders of 16 years and above top class specification and features combined with low running costs and an affordable purchase price.

The Speedjet R’s styling certainly hasn’t been scrimped on – twin halogen headlights, angular aggressive bodywork, rear hugger and four racy colour schemes offer a striking presence on the move or at rest, while six-spoke alloy wheels, wavy front brake disk and colour-matched rear spoiler underline the Speedjet R’s sporting inspiration.

The Speedjet R doesn’t just look good. Beneath the bold bodywork sits a responsive 49cc, single cylinder air-cooled two-stroke engine, made to deliver high performance, low emissions and excellent fuel efficiency.

Complementing this is a responsive chassis package and the tubular steel frame, telescopic front forks and monoshock rear make for an agile ride. Sport profile tyres and powerful front disc brake provide stability and peace of mind whatever the conditions. Although a sports machine, practicality has not been overlooked and the Speedjet R comes with centre and side stands, large underseat storage area and roomy pillion seat.

Produced in choice of red/white, blue/white and black/white colour schemes, the Speedjet comes will a full two-year manufacturer’s warranty and is priced at £1,499.
