Buell freezes prices

At a time when many motorcycle manufacturers are being forced to increase prices, Buell UK is announcing a price freeze on its entire line-up. It is being coupled with a 0% finance offer on model year 2008 1125R motorcycles.The announcement means that all Buell motorcycles will remain at the same price for the foreseeable future, to increase affordability for customers in difficult economic times. An on the road price of £8,080 for the 1125CR café racer and an entry price to the brand of just £5,865 OTR for the XB9SX Black Lightning places the manufacturer in a competitive position. A 0% finance offer for the 1125R will also run in conjunction with Black Horse Finance. Customers will have the option to pay a minimum 10% deposit and spread payments across a period of up to 30 months. Motorcyclists who are keen to try before they buy can take part in a Buell Performance Academy Experience event for just £99 per person at Mallory Park in Leicestershire, Castle Combe in Wiltshire or Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire. The cost includes the opportunity to test ride every motorcycle in the current Buell line-up in a variety of environments, including on track, off-road and as part of a low-speed skills course.
