News image Aprilia’s SL750 Shiver is arriving at showrooms now, with test rides available from selected dealers. And everyone who completes a test report will be entered into a prize draw to win Aprilia Racing gear.

Light, agile and powerful, the Shiver has a new generation engine and the most advanced technical features in its class. The 90° V-Twin, produced entirely in-house, is extremely compact. And in the SL 750 Shiver, Ride by Wire technology is standard equipment for the first time on a bike in this class.

Thanks to the advanced electronic engine management system, the V-twin can deliver power comparable to four cylinder engines, but with a more useable torque spread at low revs for a much more satisfying ride.


The mixed trellis/cast aluminium chassis, with side mounted shock, makes the bike extremely compact and agile. And weighing in at only 189kg this is one motorcycle that you don’t have to be a heavyweight to feel comfortable riding.
