Enhanced Listings allows Retailers to benefit from a larger and more prominent advert in the search results through a standout feature.

These terms are provided subject to the Main Advertising Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into the Rules by reference.

Terms defined in the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning in these Rules if, should a term be defined in both the Main Advertising Terms & Conditions and these Rules, the meaning of the term defined in these Rules shall have precedence in relation to the Rules.

1. Definitions

   “Contracted Stock” means the number of vehicles that the Retailer has agreed to advertise as part of their Advertising Agreement with Auto Trader.

2. Business Rules

   1. Adverts with Enhanced Listings are displayed within car, van and bike search results across autotrader.co.uk
   2. The interface and layout of the Enhanced Listing feature may be subject to change
   3. This product is only available as part of the Basic, Standard, Enhanced and Premium Auto Trader Packages.
   4. The product is applied to all the Retailer’s “contracted stock”.
   5. This product is not available for PayGo customers.
   6. This product cannot be purchased as a standalone product.

3. Charges and Payments

   1. Charges for Enhanced Listings are inclusive of the charges payable for Auto Trader Packages.

4. Cancellation and Termination

   1. Cancellations for this product are subject to 30 days’ notice, as outlined in the Main Advertising Terms and Conditions.
