However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will be looking for an adult’s only park. Here is a list of the five best adult only motorhome sites that are ideal for a relaxing getaway.

1. Wayfarers Caravan Park – Penzance, Cornwall

This perfectly landscaped park has a distinct Mediterranean feel and is close to some of the best beaches in Cornwall. This is a four-star rated park that can cater for motorhomes up to 21 feet, and there is a choice of hardstanding or grass pitches with the majority of them offering electric hook-up, and most are close to the wastewater, chemical disposal and water points.
The facilities at the site include a shower block that offers individual shower rooms for those who may need assistance with showering, and the showers and hot water are free of charge. There is a toilet block, a small shop, a laundry room and a tourist information room. There are plenty of places to eat and drink at nearby Mounts Bay, where you will find a wide selection of bistros, pubs and restaurants just one mile away from the park. 2. Wheathill Touring Park – Shropshire

Situated between Bridgnorth and Ludlow in the very heart of the stunning Shropshire Countryside sits the Wheathill Touring Park, an AA rated five pennant adults only park that has recently undergone a major refurbishment.
All 50 pitches have a water hook-up, a 16A electricity hook-up, TV points, light and brown and grey waste disposal facilities, and all pitches are hardstanding. There is a shower and toilet block, which includes facilities for the disabled. Other amenities include a laundrette, a dog exercise area that is fenced off to allow your pet to run off the lead, as well as an on-site dog wash and dry facility. For those relaxing evenings out there is a quaint country pub almost next door to the site that dates back over 150 years, and on offer is a range of real ales, bar snacks and a dining room. 3. Two Mills Touring Park, North Walsham, Norfolk

This previous winner of the coveted AA Campsite of the Year is a perfect location to explore England’s East Coast, and the delightful Norfolk Broads. The Two Mills Touring Park is a five-star rated campsite that is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet, secluded and tranquil break.
All pitches on offer are of the hard-standing all-weather variety, and all come with electric hook-ups, satellite connections, and water and waste connections. Other facilities include an amenities room where you can get free showers and other washing facilities such as dishwashing, and handwashing options, a shop and a lounge area. 4. Broom Caravan and Campsite – Annan, Scotland

This site in southern Scotland sits on a 200-acre private estate that boasts not one, not two but seven lakes on-site, and is a haven for wildlife such as Bitterns, Deer, Badgers and the rare Natterjack Toad.
Fishing enthusiasts will be right at home here with the site being located a mere 100 metres away from the Broom Fisheries bankside. This is also a dog-friendly park, and there is no shortage of interesting scenic walking routes throughout the site. For days out, the site is close to the market town of Annan, Dumfries and over the border, Carlisle is about a 35-minute drive away. 5. Red Kite Touring Park – Llanidloes, Powys, Wales

Just one mile from Llanidloes, a historic market town in Powys, the Red Kite Touring Park is a five-star family-run park exclusively for adults. There are 66 pitches available here that are fully serviced, and it includes a state-of-the-art amenities block that recently won the platinum loo of the year award, and which includes a fully fitted disabled wet room and two private rooms that each contain a shower, toilet and washbasin. The block also has underfloor heating throughout.
