They were Great, talked me through the spec of the car without being pushy. Professional and very knowledgable. I knew the car was right for me not just a quick sell for the garage.
Purchase of a new car
I normally hate going into a garage & fear all the hard sell talk, but I can honestly say that I enjoyed purchasing my car. The staff were pleasant and not pushy at all. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision on the spot and appointments were made to accommodate my working hours when needed to complete paperwork etc. All in all I would highly recommend.

Saw a couple of cars we liked on their website and turned up without a pre-booked appointment. One car that we wanted a test drive in was parked at the back but they quickly moved the other ones out of the way and had a test drive - even drove it home to see if it fitted in our garage! Excellent service from Ron who was very friendly and would recommend them to anyone.

Before buying my used Ford from Elkins I discussed purchasing the type of car I wanted and my trade in with a small number of Ford dealers. One seemed to be only interested in signing me up to a new vehicle using the scrappage scheme with expensive finance. One failed to follow up my telephone enquiry and another offered me no value against my trade in, although I accept it was not worth very much. The Sales Executive I dealt with at Elkins realised what I wanted, never mentioned the scrappage scheme and gave me a small part exchange value. Thus I felt like a customer who was to be valued rather than someone who was seen as an object from which to obtain the maximum money possible.
