    Left my car engine running in car park

    MOT and service seem fine. Very disappointed to find when I picked up my car that it had been left with the engine running out in the car park. How long it had been left running, I don't know. So, in addition to wasting my fuel, anyone could have driven off with my car if they had walked past.

    The service itself couldnt be faulted

    The service itself couldnt be faulted, it was really great and we had a video of the step by step process which highlighted any faults. Agreeing to any advisories was also very straight forward and all work was conducted professionally and reasonably. I had great confidence in this service. The only issue I had which stopped me giving 5 stars is that I pay monthly for a service plan which involves use of a courtesy car. This was not available 'due to covid' and so involved both me and my husband driving two cars 40 minutes to Swindon and 40 minutes back twice. We also couldnt wait during the service. Personally i dont see why courtesy cars are not allowed when the service is paid for, and believe the garage can provide the same cleansing service after dealing with customer cars. It caused huge inconvenience for us because our nearest branch is so far away.
