    Absolutely shocking! No communication! Car sold with faults that were intermittent and had to jump through hoops over 3 months to get the vehicle looked at. Extremely unhappy and hoped I could just Hand he car back but had past the return period by the time the problem occurred!

    Happy to take my money but not deal with my later concerns despite multiple messages and voice messages. I was sold a car which had no working wiper jets, totally blocked and the air con wasn’t working! I was sold a car which was not road worthy. Working Wiper jets are required to pass MOT.

    Car had two flat front tyres when first viewed, salesman blamed "porous Alloys!" Repeatedly told any potential problem with tyres would be sorted before we collected car but within first week we realised that the two tyres would not stay fully inflated and therefore had not been properly checked as we were promised. Contacting the branch directly by phone was impossible as they operate a head office call system, and getting an appointment to have the tyres checked involved a delay of almost a month! After reinflating tyres every morning for weeks we eventually got a check and were told by a receptionist that parts had been ordered and we would be contacted when they arrived to arrange fitting. Waited well over a week and then started ringing to ask when we should expect the parts, however once again no direct contact with the branch in Wakefield was possible - the customer service reps told us that they could only email the branch and wait for a reply - apparently they did not have the
