  • Good quality cars and a reasonable price

    Hepworths treat the customer as a customer unlike other dealers who may decide the customer is just a cash cow. They always give you time, do not rush and do not pressure you. You feel like they want you to buy a car but will not try to sell you one they have. They seem more interested in making sure you choose a car that suits you and not always what they have in at the time. They also make an effort to keep the cars reasonably priced, however this does reduce your ability to get a bigger discount. And the coffee is good too.

  • Hard to believe

    Arranged a test drive in a brand new unregistered Ssangyong Rexton When I got in the car the clutch pedal was flat on the floor. The sales rep got in the car and managed to free it. He then drove for a while before letting me drive it again. The same thing happened again. He said he would ring me the following day. I got a telephone call to say that he was replacing the slave cylinder on the clutch and would let me know when it was done. 14 days later still waiting for the call

    Morning Mr Hopley , Please accept my sincere apologies that you feel that your experience with our dealership was only worth 1 star , We have many customers that have great experience with an average score 4-5 stars . I think on this occasion the product has let us down . When we drove the vehicle i was struggling to find a fault and suggested that we would inspect the car and arrange for any parts to be fitted if required . Due to the unprecedented volume of Mot / service work , we have been working around the clock to fit everything in . We have now received the parts on Friday last week and are just trying to find the time to fit them . We are all human and due to the virus we are all under massive amounts of pressure to do everything and help everyone , we are doing our best !     Travelled 3 hours to view vehicle , was described as per advert , great customer servive from R , from start to finish , have a look at site and contact them before buying , great value for your Money .

    travelled from newcastle to test drive a mondeo a staff member picked me and my wife up from the train station where we set off on our test drive the car felt perfect and the colour is just gorgeous.. back at the office we were greeted with a friendly smile by other staff and made to feel realxed no pressure whats so ever.. the girl on reception even made us a cuppa we went through all the documents at a good pace having a good chat with chris who is a great guy to deal with.. on our journey home we had a really comfortable ride and everything felt just right.. i thought the price was fantastic and i would have no hesitation in using this garage again very professional all round..

    If Carlsberg did Garages . . . . . . . One of the best car buying experiences I have had, and I have bought a lot of cars! No pressure, helpful, honest and caring. I have no hesitation in recommend buying a car from here. Best price I could find in a 50 mile radius. Outstanding.
