Poor customer service
My whole experience with JCT600 Castleford has been absolutely appalling. The lack of communication & customer service is probably the worst I have experienced in over 20 years of dealing with main dealers whist running a fleet of vehicles within my business. I have received far far better service from independent garages & specialists. Unfortunately with the complexity of modern vehicles your hand is forced to use main dealers & unfortunately they know this.... however there are no excuses for poor manners, poor communication & poor service.
Found the right car for me!
Had a great experience purchasing my new car, the sales rep was knowledgeable and got me the right car for me, he was attentive but not pushy which always turns me off when making such an important purchase, he put me at ease in the test drive, and everything from finding the right car to picking it up was really positive. I’ve bought all my cars from JCT over the years and yet again would return in the future. The car (Vauxhall Adam) is absolutely fab and I’m very very happy! Well done Vauxhall and the team at JCT!
Absolutely 100% level of professionalism and a great team to deal with made buying a car easy. Offered good advice and pushy sales patter.
