      AVOID AT ALL COST

      Raised a number of complaints on the 6th March. To this day you are still to respond however you seem to be in contact with headquarters and giving them false information. You claimed to them to have set up a monthly service plan for myself which is clear to see that you haven't from a number of bits of evidence. You also claimed to them that the car I purchased from you passed all Used Approved checks and were happy with the condition of the car. I got the car inspected by my local dealer who confirmed and found 7 additional, one of which I specifically asked to be rectified before delivery. In case you ask me to dm you, I have done so and am yet to get any sort of clarification of a re *UPDATE After emailing about the multitude of issues on my car bought in March I finally get a reply after 5 months after much chasing. The salesman was on annual leave for a week and said he would get back to me on his return.... has his annual leave been extended by another 3 months?!

      No response, not transparent, fake service

      Agent was friendly before buying the car and responsive to emails. BUT! Once appointment booked and was on the way, found out they did not want to give me the logbook with the purchase the same day. Had to beg and argue. Also waited there 7 hours for the car to be ready to drive away (very expensive car). When I visited, it had Engine Light ON!!! Moreover, never got a receipt or a bill for the transaction, I asked so many times afterwards and no result. Never got call backs, no response to emails in relation to issues with the car, asking for a receipt, etc. Agent been ignoring my six emails to date and all calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO SUPPORT. ZERO RESPECT. Not transparent. Avoid please. You can get better customer service for buying a bicycle.

      Poor service

      Hi I've had my cr serviced few times from this dealership very poor service you except from a main dealership the car was supposed to be washed the car was all still dirty I could of done a better job at home to he honest

      Unbelievably shoddy performance

      Phoned this dealership over last few days found staff absolutely useless don't return calls unable to value trade ins etc. When I asked to speak to someone senior was robbed off no one available Read reviews and in full agreement avoid like the plague. I am trying to buy a vechicle simple process made difficult by your staff. That then raises question are mgmt asleep

      Poor quality vehicles - read other reviews online

      I placed a deposit on a 2 year old CLA45 Shooting Brake (KE67 DV*), and received a virtual video tour from Iram. Being a main dealership offering approved Mercedes used cars I was reassured as to the quality of the vehicle and travelled over 200 miles to Bradford. The car was valleted by the dealer and prepared for collection on the 18th July. In the imagery some slight damage to the mirror was shown which I accepted, and was prepared to replace myself. Upon arrival I was taken to the vehicle and presented with, by far, the poorest examples of a 2 year old car i've ever seen in an 'approved' dealer: - Untouched Stone chips throughout (bonnet, doors, front bumper) - Various scratches across most panels (spoiler, boot lid, bumper, doors) - Damage to rear of both front seats (deep scratches) - Rear bumper buffed to point that paint had been thinned in attempt to hide scratch Conveniently, the videos and photos I was sent avoided the areas of the car with the damage. Did not purchase
