Not the best experience I'm afraid.

Bought a none franchise bike that was serviced at an off site garage. The bike was returned after almost a month in a filthy condition and with a loose oil filter, filler cap and low on coolant. When I picked the bike up on the day I bought it, it had low tyre pressures, missing seat parts, missing valve caps and missing documents. Although they suggested I take it back to the guy who serviced it again, I had already been without it for almost a month. It should have been knocked back i suppose but that was never offered as an option. I certainly would think twice about buying from them again. I'm now stuck with a bike that I don't trust and I am unable to trade in without taking a big hit.

    Mot failure

Went to the Washington branch to have the mot on my Street triple, was told the bike will fail the mot as the exhaust is to loud. Seems strange as the bike was purchased last year from their Guildford branch with a new mot and the same exhaust ??? Not only a waste of my time but a waste of half a days holiday.

Good experience. Lacked confidence in aftersales

Bought an MT-07. They threw in a free MOT and local delivery both done very swiftly. However, I called three times in a week for extended warranty info. Everytime they picked up they said they'd send it to me. Not received any after sales help since.

    2016 2nd hand 675 ST R

I part ex'd my 2018 765 RS for a 2016 ST 675 R and cash my way. The experience wasn't awful but I was disappointed when I encountered problems with the 675. On adjusting the tops of the front forks I found the screws to be locked solid. Unfortunately in trying to free them they got ruined, they are of a very soft materiel, ally perhaps. Destination offered to fix and replace, I asked for some goodwill but was told it wasn't their fault, I'm sure but it also wasn't mine, I was charged £254 with the parts at cost. Hmm.? I booked an MOT at the same time, due to the C19 I was told 6 mths grace, OK, it needs a bafffle in pipe they said, we will let you borrow one why didn't they just GIVE me a baffle for the Arrow can. It came without passenger footpegs, the ones they gave me don't fit. They have offered me ones that hopefully do. Fantastic little bike apart from these probs. I like the staff their just wish they could have been more accommodating.
