    Paul Lloyd from Peugeot stourbridge gave the best service anyone could asked for. His customer service was absolutely brilliant on dealing with our issue with our new Peugeot that we had just brought and it broke down. What service and customer experience this Paul gave to.us was out of this world.     My husband and I have just purchased our first car for our eldest child from Evans Halshaw, Stourbridge. It was a stress free and pleasurable experience,I can't praise Chris Hughes, sales executive, enough. He went out of his way to make sure that the car that we came to view was the right one for our son. He was so polite and helpful, I have already recommended him to all our friends and family.

    Completely rude and incompetent sales staff. New car sales arranged an appointment for us to view a new 5008. On Saturday came into the dealership at the agreed time. He was already with clients so we waited, the clients left and then he started speaking to another couple despite having been told we were waiting. After being kept waiting 20 mins with a bored young child I spoke to the receptionist and told her we had come to see a 5008 she said that the dealer principle who drives that car had called in sick, so the car was not even there for us to see. At no point did (the young man) phone us (he had our number) or even have the good manners to come and say this to us. Instead he chose to ignore us and waste our weekend! Needless to say we will take our £30K and spend it at another dealership, who I have just phoned and are only to happy to help us!

    DO NOT USE - WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE AND WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN - Bought a car from them, was not as described, got eh V5C through and it had an extra owner, been trying to get it sorted fro ages, manager is disconnecting the calls once he realises who is phoning. Cant get it sorted to save my life, terrible customer service.

    Extremely unhelpful and rude. Very desperate for a car at the moment and the woman didn't seem the slightest bit interested. Will take my business elsewhere. Will never return and recommend to look anywhere else.
