Johnsons Cars Knowle were helpful because their sales technique wasn’t pushy, they let me look around the car by myself and answered any questions I had with honesty. They also offered 6 months warranty as well as service and MOT before I picked the car up.

I was satisfied with service because there was no pressure while viewing cars on display, Sofia Was at hand to help when we needed it ,it was a very relaxed experience But also very professional phill was also a very nice man made sure we had all the help we needed would definitely buy from them again if same staff were there very professional.

Johnsons Cars Knowle staff were good because Sophia made the whole purchase so easy. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy either. Sophia is an asset to Johnson’s and I would definitely give her 10/10 for service and her friendly nature. Also in all the years of buying a car new or used you kindly gave it to me with more than 50miles worth of petrol in which was brilliant.
