    Usually had my servicing done at Stratford but this has now closed. Guy Salmon Land Rover- Coventry is Very, Very Covid-19 safe. Excellent service, courteous and polite staff. Reception area very bright and clean. My Discovery was MOT'd and serviced, left very clean and any extra work I requested was carried out. The only downside is travelling through Coventry along the A45 to get to the site and then waiting for a gap in the traffic on the 60mph road to get out.

    Booked in for an MOT & Service and listed are some of the issues I had with this dealership. - given a specific time drop off my car but took 15 minutes to park due to all the parking bays taken up by stock cars. - Did not complete the service due to not having an oil filter which I was told had been out of stock for a while and was on back order so would have to bring my car back to be completed at a later date. This was not explained to me when I dropped the car off!!! - car required a front parking sensor and again did not have in stock therefore would have to bring back at a later date to complete the work. - i was called 2 days later to ask how my experience at this garage was and when I explained the issues I was told they would get back to me ASAP with and update on when the remainder of the work would be 4 and still waiting!

    Possibly the worst experience I have had to endure when picking our car up after warranty repair. Poor lady on the front desk was working hard but the the rest of the staff were standing around and chatting whilst people were waiting to be seen. When I did finally get the key the girl didn't know where the car was (it was raining heavily) and I had to walk around the whole car park looking for it. When I did finally find the car it was boxed in and I had to do a 30 point turn to get out of the parking spot. If it wasn't for the fact that I love the cars we own and you are the nearest dealership I would never go back. I also own Porsches and the service they give would not be recognised at Guy Salmon. Happy to discuss if you want more detailed feedback.
