Horrific aftersales. Purchased a new velar last year. Had a number of different faults with it. Guy Salmon have failed to correct any of them despite it going in 4 times. They are also very difficult to get hold of and rarely return calls. I would avoid them at all cost. I have now had to revert to an alternative dealer to try to get my faults fixed
