    Didn’t feel valued at all

    I feel I wasn’t really valued as a customer. My car was ‘lost’ for nearly 4 weeks and apparently you couldn’t find it. However after I received the car, my logbook turned up the next day in the post. Being a JLR worker, I know it’s not possible to ‘lose’ a car. I then needed after care help and received a reply over a week later. I feel the service I received is not what JLR strive to give to customers, which is unfortunate

    I found the whole process of purchasing my recent vehicle very smooth and efficient, given the current COVID restrictions. Everyone, including Kevin was very friendly and professional throughout.

    Highly recommend

    Thank you for the brilliant attention to detail from Neil Webb who sold me my I-Pace which I'm really pleased with such a wonderful car.
