Poor customer service
I brought a car from car store about a week ago and paid full amount and was told it will be ready on tues/ wed and rang them up on wed and said car isn’t ready till Monday now. Very poor customer service. Was told can pick it up and bring back for a full service and mot on Monday. Told them we will cancel then they not bothered and no one knows what they doing there.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! I purchased a car more than 25k without seing it in order to import it to my country, only from the pis and the AA report.. What happened? a tragedy....the v5 was lost, the car was sent to me without a v5, the customs of my country wanted to send the car back to the UK and i pay penalties more than 1k. No one was able to help me, i was waiting for more than 20 min in phone queue and the whole situation was like dealing with the worst amateur ever. Besides that the car's paint was ridiculously damaged, the company claimed that a guard x was done inside out, but believe me nothing its done. The car was not having its service history, the AA report was paid by carstore and was covering only carstore, i ve been sold a car with no v5 from a proffesional dealer and they were looking for the v5 from the previous owner for 2 weeks. just got a copy of it.... what else to say. you can imagine the rest AVOID and stay as far as you can. Its been a NIGHTMARE

On purchase it was agreed to return to have an oil change. I raised a concern with the same man that sold me the car, that I believe the car was advertised on auto-trader with a picture of the servicing book, displaying a full service history? His reply immediately was “I told you on Saturday the car didn’t have a service history!”. I reminded him that I was still waiting for the AA inspection he said he’d send me. I asked the man on reception if he could double check the auto-trader advert. The man interrupted and continued to be rude. Later this man came to me with the picture of the service book I was talking about. No apology was given. The picture showed a full service history from Audi in Bristol, so I have them a call to confirm. Audi have no records having a service. There was also a discrepancy with mileage from invoices in the hand book and the picture of the service book. Safe to say I returned the car as it was fasley advertised. The same ad is back on autotrader!
Not a very good company to deal with
Not a very good company to deal with. I saw a car, I filled in a form online, I had a phone call, they booked an appointment for my wife and I to go and see it and take it for a test drive, It then went up by around £ 130 overnight. I then had a phone call to say car has been sold, I thought nothing more of it, it's now back up for sale and the company are asking £ 400 more today for the car than they did a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, I won't be buying a car from this company.
Bought a car from here which obviously hadn’t been through their 128 point aa inspection. Had several faults and only 2 months mot. Finding someone to speak to to address any issues was a mammoth task, being passed from pillar to post. When I did manage to my car booked in for repairs they had it for 4 weeks without informing me about what was happening with the vehicle. In the end I requested my money back which took 14 days so i was left without a car and any money to buy another car with for 2 weeks. Absolutely shocking customer service, will never use again
