Motordepot Birmingham were great because the staff were all very helpful and friendly and didn't try to force a deal. Due to lockdown restrictions starting between the sale and collection the staff helped me out by sorting everything out before I arrived, I would definitely recommend and will come back next time! Thank you.

My experience at Motordepot Birmingham was really positive. The staff were friendly and efficient despite the difficult circumstances that they were working under. When we went to click and collect the car, a small "dink" that had been identified at the first visit hadn't been fixed. We were told to take the car away and it would be sorted out retrospectively. The next day I had a call from a local dent company who came and fixed it there and then. This showed a real commitment to after sales care which was really refreshing. Well done
