Terrible customer service
Great at selling you cars, terrible aftercare and service, I literally cannot stress how bad they are! After waiting a month to get an appointment for recall work, I dropped the year old car in to be worked on, only to return to find they couldn’t do the work as they hadn’t got the part to do the job. They don’t call you back. You take work to them and they don’t want to know. Unless the computer says there is something wrong they cannot diagnose and fix a problem.
