I bought a Flying Spur at this dealership & it was a good experience..Alex sold me the car found him to be very attentive.. no pressure sales nonsense.. before it was delivered their was some minor work needed doing to it but he kept in regular contact updating me with the situation.. Once I recurved the car it developed a small problem with the battery.. phoned Alex who contacted the service department who rang me & arranged for me to take the car to the dealership.. Martin the technician fixed the problem in a short time then explained it was a minor problem with a battery charger connection which he replaced with a new part.. as with Alex I found him to be very helpful both are a credit to Bentley.. I have dealt with Mercedes in several occasions & Bentley certainly are far more superior..
From first entering the premises we were made to feel welcome and offered a coffee.The sales person Dan Smith was very smart and most helpful and not pushy at all.He was also well experienced on all aspects of any dealership queries we raised.
