    Approach this dealer with caution as they don’t wa

    Mercedes Benz Brooklands This dealer group takes deposits of customers and than refuses to sell you a car based on false information they hold on customers. When asked to provide you with the information they are unable to, so plain discrimination of my occupation and nationality. When you call you are laughed at on the phone an when the manager calls you back to be promised a call back from his superior nothing gets actioned. This is supposed to be the flagship dealership of the country it’s actually the worse motor dealership in the country I’ve received better service from non premium dealerships. Approach this dealer with caution as they don’t want to sell you a car !

    The best place to buy a Mercedes

    This shop is located in the Mercedes-Benz World with very special atmosphere and feel difference compare to the other location. And also, there are huge number of the choices of the cars and also service was excellent. I believe that this is the best location to buy a Mercedes.

    Would I trust a main dealership again.?

    Visited our local Brooklands Mercedes showroom to test drive a C43 with a view of part exchanging our present car. What upset me was we were only offered 25,000 part exchange. Returning home I took some pictures and put it on Autotrader that night. SOLD for 29,500 within two hours to a motor trader. Cash in the bank that night...
