    I went here after being offered a terrible deal by a used car dealer. I got the car I wanted at a great price with a discount, no admin fees to pay. We picked up the car the next day. The service was great, and the car is running really well so far. Thank you Thames Ditton Honda for a great car at a great price

    we were dubious about going to a main dealer to purchase a used car but we can safely say we were amazed with the level of courtesy and non pressure that we experienced at Thames Ditton Honda. Amanda and Cameron were polite helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Well Done and thankyou.

    we had an exceptional experience at Thames Ditton Honda when we purchased our nearly new Jazz. we felt we had to respond as the only other review was so unfair. though we can not comment on the service department we can certainly say that the sales experience was convivial non pressured and a welcome surprise

  • Terrible service , do not use! Avoid at all costs

    Avoid this franchise at all costs! I purchased a used vehicle from Leatherhead Honda (part of the Thames Ditton Honda). I drove it home and noticed the car was wobbling at speed, was not getting up to temperature and the steering was off centre. Within 24 hours the car broke down with an array of error codes and could not be restarted. The car was inspected by my local Honda and another main dealer, it was deemed beyond economical repair! It had over a thousand pounds worth of shot suspension components and a major engine problem. Miraculously it passed the allegedly thorough vehicle appraisals they conduct, a full Honda service and the MOT without any mention of the issues.....I eventually received a refund of the used car as entitled by law, after all it lasted 24 hours. The garage used the expression "that car should never have been sold". I am massively out of pocket for expenses incurred but their stance is that "they've met their legal obligations" and think it's ok to leave the
