    This is the second time that I have used Abbey Motor Group. I purchased my first lease car from them 3 years ago, I decided, however, my next purchase would be a good quality second hand vehicle that I would purchase out right. So I visited a car supermarket and a couple of other dealers but I decided to return to Abbey as, first time round, I had found the sales team, Frank and Elizabeth extremely helpful and professional. Also the service desk have always been friendly and easy to deal with. I felt that I wanted to return as trust, in who I am buying from, is incredibly important to me. They understood my budget and guided me towards cars that were appropriate for my needs. On both occasions I never felt that I was under pressure or that I was being up-sold to take a more expensive vehicle. I am now over the moon with my C3 and I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to you.

    The people at Abbey made sure tbey fully understood my requirements, and sold me what I needed rather than what was there to sell. They are friendly helpful people, who take the trouble to ensure the whole process is managed as stress free as possible. All necessary assistance was offered, without any pressure. I would be more than happy to introduce them to any of my friends who may be considering purchasing a Citroen. (This is the fifth Citroen I have purchased from them, and they carry out all my servicing and repairs .)

  • The day I bought my dream car from the best dealer

    From the 1st phone call to this dealer I felt that I was dealing with 'good' people. It felt more like I was talking to family or friends even though I had never met or spoken to them before as they were over 50 miles away from me. They had just the car I was looking for a special limited edition. They gave me all the information I needed & more about the car and offered to reserve the car for a small refundable deposit until I could get over to them to view. When I managed to view the car I was not disappointed it was everything I had hoped and them some! They were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I arranged to collect the car 2 weeks later. When I arrived they collected me & my wife from the station and gave us refreshments at the showroom. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble and the car was presented so beautifully that we had to take photos! I have been so impressed with this dealer that I will be driving the 50+ miles back to them for servicing each year!
