    Great Service!

    Contacted Danny regards a car he was selling. Very friendly and happy to work with me regards viewing as I work shifts and finding time when my friend was also free to tag along. Arrived at Danny's garage/ forecourt and met him in person. After chatting and making us a drink, he allowed us to give the car a look over and then take out for a test drive. Fell in love with the car and Danny was very helpful in helping me sort my insurance and the vehicle tax etc. Drove away in my new car with a smile. Danny's after car service was excellent and made the effort to contact me to see if all was well. Highly recommended A*

    Avoid this garage at all costs

    Terrible. Needed a RELIABLE car for my student daughter for part time time job . We part exchanged her Fiesta which was 4 yrs older than the mini we purchased, what a mistake. Despite it being serviced, having a PDI and MOT,d , we had so many issues with the mini including pretty much all the repairs supposedly done as part of the service. After it wouldn’t start for the third time and leaving my daughter stranded she stopped driving/fixing it.In 3 weeks it was in the garage for 3 days cost £350. In that time multiple warning lights appeared, glow plugs & brake light unit were replaced, had an oil leak, & side lights/key (£280) stopped working. There were other issues too, too many to mention. Now my daughter has no car to get to work as her Fiesta was sold (333% mark up on price we got). Garage said mini wasn’t faulty (NOT STARTING!) but begrudgingly refunded us (5 days of wrangling) & mini for sale, with multiple faults on company website within 2 hours of returning

    I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with this car. In 25 years of trading, it is extremely rare to experience problems that cannot be resolved between me and the customer if given the opportunity. The car was sold in good faith. I am very disappointed with this outcome as I wasn't given the opportunity to repair the car in full, as I always like to do. Please refer to my other reviews on this site and my Google reviews. I offered to deliver a loan car to you to save any inconvenience to you or your daughter. I offered several times to take the car for repair, and subsequently refunded your money in full, plus money you had spent on repairs within a few days of you requesting this. I am sorry that you have had this experience, however I am very disappointed that my offers of assistance and the subsequent refund has resulted in this level of review. I feel this is unjustified. I wish you every success in finding a suitable replacement for your daughter.

    Highly Recommended

    I highly recommend Woodcote Carriage Company. Danny was very helpful and friendly. This was the first time I had bought a car on my own so it was great that I didn't feel under any pressure to buy. Recently bought a Renault Clio and it is fantastic, I part exchanged my old Clio for it and got a great price.

    Superb service

    Really easy to contact and work with and very personable, all round great service. Bought an Automatic Vauxhal Astra, was in serviced and mot'd and in superb condition. Will be recommending to any friends that need to buy a car in the future.

    Honest and Reliable

    I recently bought a car via this company and having now bought cars through various sites, I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have had. I am not a car person, but the owner was honest, didn't push, trusted his cars and I have a gem of 2006 car now
