Imperial Cars Chertsey were helpful because they were efficient and fair-priced.

I was happy with the service at Imperial Cars Chertsey, however, once the car was sold, there was no handover or checks with me during the key handover. When the car was taken out of the parking lot. I discovered there was no fuel at all (indicating 4 miles), the low tire indicator come on upon driving the car out after 0.5 miles. I discovers all the tyre pressures were not to what was recommended. When i asked about the service record, i was informed this is not provided and it is all on line. I got an email stating when the last service was carried out, but without any details of what was done.

I'd recommend Imperial Cars Chertsey to a friend because I was very happy with the time and space we were given to look over the vehicle at our own pace. Everything thing was explained in great detail and we never felt pressured to buy the car.

I'd definitely recommend Imperial Cars to friends as there is a good range and costs of vehicles but make sure you thoroughly check the car beforehand and take for a run on a 60 or 70 mph road as I didn't find out the the wheel balancing needed doing until after I'd picked up the car , done FOC but should have been checked as part of the handover

My experience at Imperial Cars Chertsey was positive because there was no 'hard sell' the sales person unlocked the car and left us for 5-10 minutes to inspect the car. He answered all our questions comprehensibly.
