My first Donald’s experience
We first came to see the car on a Tuesday afternoon.After a while we where greeted by a sales executive who asked if he could help.I said we where interested in a vehicle he explained all about it gave us a part exchange price for ours.A week later we completed the deal very happy all round.
Great showroom and all staff welcoming. Loads of parking and great coffee.
After the purchase of my suzuki I have experienced what I would describe in my opinion of shocking cutomer service. I would not recommend nor use again.

Mark, thank you for your feedback regarding the purchase of the Suzuki Vitara in May 2020 and I am sorry you feel you had such poor customer service after the taking delivery of the car. During May 2020, the dealership was operating with very strict social distancing measures which we had to adhere to. Pre-booked service customers were the only people other than staff that were allowed into the building. This was explained to all customers prior to arrival. The manufacturer issued PPE which was to be worn at the staff's discretion. The sales executive wore mask and gloves throughout May with every customer irrespective of profession, this was just simple hygiene measures. Again, I am sorry you feel you were not treated in the way you would have liked however with lockdown the industry has changed and we are adapting to the new situation every day to protect our customers, staff and families. Great when we purchased the car but not so good afterwards, just seems that they can’t do enough , then when they have your money it’s a different story .
