Waste of time
Dear ford, if I you have a policy then stick to it. The service I received today was well below that which is expected from a reputable dealer. Having sent in an online enquiry and phoned to confirm availability of a car I was told that I would NEED AN APPOINTMENT to test drive the vehicle so following instructions I booked in an appointment and drove 30 miles only to be told that a WALK IN was in fact then driving the car. I was then asked to wait to find out if it sold. I was then left waiting for an hour to be told to go home. Awful customer service and a complete waste of my time and petrol. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Purchased a Renault Kadjar from Marshall bury Ford. Fantastic experience throughout even though I was not buying a ford the experience was superb from sourcing the car from another dealership to collection all sales staff were lovely and friendly, even down to a sales exec offering me a cup of tea whilst Kurt the sales exec I was seeing went to get a quote put together to Josh and Adrian who were on hand to help throughout the whole process, Valeting standards were great and the life-shine finish on my car was brilliant will definitely be back in a few years for my next vehicle.
