The experience at CarSupermarketcom Stoke was fantastic because it was easy and staff polite. V5 arrived quickly and car was in the condition pictured and described. The only bit I wasnt happy with is no log book which they are now arranging but it means I am googling how to use the car and the understand dash lights. They are quick to resolve this which is good. I am not happy about paying £150 for the valet and fuel the car fuel is a £65 tank, it arrived with 2 bars on equating to £20 in the tank I expected a full tank. The car exterior was filthy and the white wax hadn't been polished off the chrome properly and there was a film over the entire car. Il have to pay again for this. I bought the car at 1500 miles on the clock Despite being only 100 miles from stoke it arrived with 1724 miles on which probably explains the exterior dirt and bits inside the car. I got £50 back but I think I should have got £130
