Avoid at all costs. Please read this.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Long story short: I purchased a used VW van from them for £12k which was advertised with Full service history. I was told the history was digital and was assured it would be sent the following day - 8 months later, after dozens of phone calls and emails I still don't have the history. They cannot find it. It has been lost! Best used Van Deals Stoke are refusing to accept the van back and/or offer any kind of refund what-so-ever. I keep being told a manager will call me and never has. Never had such bad customer service, I'm appalled. I'm still trying to return the van.

Dear James, Thank you for your review, we are greatly saddened to have learned of your experience and we can only apologise to you for it. The service history was provided to you albeit not as promptly as we or yourself would have liked, unfortunately, we are reliant on third parties to provide us with the necessary information as quickly as possible but this does not condone the fact that you were not kept updated over the situation. Whilst you may not be happy with the format of the service history that has been provided to you, the vehicle was correctly advertised and in accordance with Trading Standards. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states, that a full refund can only occur if the goods were not of a satisfactory standard/quality/condition, free from a repair or as described at the time of sale. We have reviewed our internal processes and communication policies to ensure that an instance of this nature does not occur again. Once again we are extremely sorry for your experience.
