    My experience at Harveys Autos Ltd could have been better because they didnot repair the dent in the offside rear door. one of the rear offside wheel nut were missing because the stud was broken and it has cost my money to get it repaired and it is still in the garage because the driveshaft and drive flange could not be separated. the salesman ran away when he had handed me my car. This is dreadful and disgusting and I will never by a vehicle from this firm again

    I would not recommend Harveys Autos Ltd because my car had damage to it on the bodywork which I was not made aware off. It had obviously been covered over and wasn’t visible under I washed my car. Also the interior leather was damaged and again had been covered over until I cleaned it and the damage was obvious. The car was also meant to be serviced my my book was not stamped and the wheels were only just below the legal tread limit.

    I would not recommend Harveys Autos Ltd because the experience was very messy. I didn’t feel as though it was professional in any capacity. I had to call several times in order to obtain an update. I had to wait on the day of collection due to MOT issues even though I was told it was sorted before hand. I had an extremely long delay in receiving the logbook due to it not being done correctly by the salesperson. Over all I’m not likely to recommend this place based on the customer service provided. Although cars seem fairly priced and is a very clean site.

    My experience at Harveys Autos Ltd could have been better because The car I went to see Was not as described over the phone Fag Burns in seat of the car Front and back and in carpet, Sun visor broken off on drivers side, alloy wheels in poor condition. After traveling 200miles to see the car Which the sales man was aware of, I was not even offered a cup of tea. When asking for my deposit back was told I would have to phone in on Monday as no accounts department available on Saturday Took 2 phone calls and an e mail to get my deposit back
