About us

We operate our privately run car sales business located just outside the village of Alrewas conveniently located just off the A38 near Lichfield. All of our vehicles are sold to an RAC Approved standard having had the 82 point check before the car goes on sale. We are located in a rural setting and all vehicles are displayed outside giving us the opportunity to allow customers to view a car at their leisure with a no pressure sales process.

    Horrific customer service

    If this could have been a Zero star it would have been! We drove over 2 hours to see this car. The dealer promised us it was well cared for and that the things it failed it’s MOT on would be rectified. We didn’t even open the door on the car! It was covered in scratches and dents the passenger seats were scratched and very well worn. So after going in to speak to the dealer M to say I wasn’t happy and could he come and speak to my husband, his reply was I don’t need to come and speak to you, if you don’t like the spec there’s nothing I’m going to do about it. Beyond rude! We had been clear abut not wasting our time before we left to see it, to not even be prepared to leave the office to come e and walk the car with us and see what could be rectified is not only an insult but the height of rudeness. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. The end point is he still had his overpriced Q7 in his forecourt and I’ve walked away with my £16k to look for something better.

    PANDEMIC You travel from a Tier 3 area to view and potentially reserve a 7 year old 90000 mile vehicle that you knew had not finished prep proven by the fact the car still has no MOT, awaiting headlamp ignitor, but you still wanted to come as it was the car you were looking for. Appointment for 13. 00 called just before 11.00 would be about 2 and half hours which we amended appointment diary. You arrived at 14.50 car parked under canopy, unlocked and with the key inside. Lady came to office and asked us to go out and speak to husband and stepped outside, we expressed that we did not need to go and stand by him to discuss cosmetics on the car but would happily discuss any rectification prep that we could do from distance, to which he expressed he had a mask but we declined again. He became aggressive and abusive and at that point he threatened to come over and knock my teeth out. Went back in office and closed door for own safety SOCIAL DISTANCING IS STILL ESSENTIAL

    Lazy salesman

    Bloke couldn’t be bother to get up and ask if we wanted any help.. Wanted to buy a Range Rover, the one I’d seen online was not there. He told us it was in the shop. And took my number to let us know when it was back. No phone call. Now says deposit taken. Although he did have 2 other Range Rover’s there and didn’t seem interested, I took my £20,000 elsewhere. Think you need some training in sales/customer service.

    Hi Catherine During this pandemic we have been operating a strict appointment only system which has worked very well for our customers. You did not follow the guidance on our website to book an appointment because had you have done so you would have been informed that the car was at the workshop having the RAC approved checks done. I remained behind the desk while you were at the door to enable social distancing to be observed The opportunity to reserve any of our cars is also clearly stated on the website and the following day a gentleman from London did just that and paid his reservation fee over the phone so the vehicle came off sale and that is why you did not get a call from us. It is sometimes difficult to operate within the guidelines set down and it would appear that you misread this as being lazy which I am afraid is just not the case and the health and safety of ourselves, colleagues and customers is paramount at this time.

    Great experience

    Really nice to go to buy a car and be dealt with by people who are customer focused. Really helpful and not pushy and offered a fair price for my car. One happy customer, thank you.

    Excellent Dealership! 5 Star

    This is the 3rd car i have bought from this dealership . I have to say their customer service and after care is excellent, the cars have been superb. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.
