    My experience with Rivelin motor company was somewhat more extended than anticipated but very good all the same. We car I bought had a few unplanned issues but Rivelin were more than happy to support at every issue. Living in Cambridge, they aloud me to get work done on the car locally and still support the costs. They were very understanding and I would be happy to shop with them again.

    Recently bought a car from this garage. Really happy with my service I got. The Salesman very polite and knowledgeable. The car we bought was really clean and was how described. Really recommend this car garage. Drove away happy customers

    Just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from these guys and they have been excellent. Couple of bits needed attention and it was all done with a smile and no problem. I am very happy. Good people. Highly recommended.

    Absolutely amazing service, bought a mini 2 days ago, took it back day after as passenger door didnt unlock, took it back first thing this morning and im gonna get it back this afternoon all fixed, would highly recommend to anyone.

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything, it broke down 8 days after buying it, they told me to take it to a garage of my choice, but when it came to it they wouldn’t pay to have it fixed there so said they would collect it and repair it at the garage they use, it only took 6 days for them to collect it ,so having it break down so soon after buying I didn't want any more dealings with them and wanted my money back , so after another week of the owner not responding to calls I finally got hold of him and he offered to give me £500 less than I paid after another 2 days of haggling he added another £200 on top and I accepted it to just end the saga, so after a £300 loss ,I tried to get a road tax refund and the hapless staff hadn’t even sent the v5 off after a month of them selling the van to me , so now need to mess about getting my refund back , I urge anyone looking to buy from these to avoid at all costs and they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction
