    Excellent service

    I thought buying a car in covid would be hard but A and R automotive made this as easy as possible. The service was great and so was the aftercare. Would 100% use them again.

    Great customer service

    This dealership explained to me how the procedure would work during the current lockdown in order to purchase a car. They video called me to show me the car along with any marks, and told me that in order to buy the car on a click and collect basis, I must first put a deposit down (to reserve) and then pay the remaining amount on the day of collection. They reassured me that if there were any issues with the car he hasn’t told me about, I could get my deposit back. They were helpful and reasonable with pricing too

    Mazda 6 silver

    Fantastic, organised through my finance company. Arranged a click and collect service with the dealer. Car came with a fresh mot, as described. Very minimal hassel. Love the car

    Reserve and collect

    Fantastic no pressure service from A&R. We weren’t quite sure how the Video viewing then Reserve and Collect system would work for us but it proved to be far easier than the conventional sales process of multiple test drives and viewings. We love the car by the way it’s exactly what we wanted.

    Bmw 330D Msport

    Very pleasant experience buying from A&R. Was very accommodating, made sure it was left cold (so I could see it do an actual cold start) and inside for me to view (was a bit of a drive from me and was pitch black long before I could get there after work! ) which I was grateful for. Was left to look it over at my own pace and as soon as I was ready, I was able to go on an unaccompanied test drive with no time constraints. Negotiated on a few bits, paid my deposit and left excited! The Mot and additional work was carried out very promptly (was actually my schedule that delayed the pick up!). Very happy with the car and thoroughly enjoy my travels in it! Can't fault them as a car dealer, makes a welcome change from the pushy types. Would definitely make the trip again if I was ever looking to buy in the future! All the best and hope your restoration project with your old man's mini goes to plan!
