Tim was really helpful and not at all pushy. Let us try out the car and my wife and i were made to feel relaxed. Tim spent time showing us around the car and making us feel relaxed when going through the paperwork.
Fantastic service that far exceeded my expectation
Let me start by saying I have never bought a car from a dealership before. I was weary of a car sales person being pushy and trying to make as much money as possible etc. Unfortunately I cannot name any names but the person in question made me feel at ease immediately. He was very knowledgeable and actually seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. First I had an unaccompanied test drive - which was unexpected. The car I was test driving was a dream to drive and knew that I had to have it! When I returned I sat down with the gentleman in question and we went through everything and every question that was asked was answered perfectly. We arranged a pick up date and I picked up the car yesterday. Again, as before, the same gentleman sorted everything for me and seemed genuinely excited for me at the prospect of driving the new car. Again I cannot name names but I will certainly be contacting the company directly so I can make sure he name is mentioned. I recommend them to everyone!

We bought our Focus estate from Brakes and are very pleased with it. The staff made everything very easy. They were very friendly and helpful and I felt confident in everything they said. Would definitely recommend.
adly not a positive experience at all on my previous visit. Had four new tyres ( from Brakes fitted last March (2019) before my full service & MOT also carried out by Brakes. When it came to my Service & MOT this year I was shocked to find that ALL 4 tyres came back as an advisory because of cracks in the threads. When I complained I was told by Stacey it was only an Advisory, even though I had only done 7,000 miles with them. I wanted them all replaced, but was told that was impossible as I’d used them!..6 DAYS later after several phone calls they agreed to replace & balance the tyres at no cost to me. I felt Stacey didn’t take my concerns very serious & struggled to see the problem. Maybe some customer relations training for her could be beneficial & my issue ongoing for 6 DAYS could have averted. Big enough to cope... ...small enough to care Um.. 🙄
