Review from Not what I expected
Can’t fault the sales team as they were professional and helpful,, however after collecting the car I noticed it was pulling to the left sharply and dangerous ( only seven miles from collecting) so I had to call recovery and took it to a local garage to have the tyres tracking fixed !!! Since then I called Lexus but got nowhere. Not what I expected from a reputable company.

This is my 4th Lexus As always the service here is first class from the sales team especially in the current climate. I think the fact that this is my 4th Lexus from the same dealership speaks for itself. Great dealership with in my option the best product on the market.

This was the 4th lexus I have brought from this dealership and again very pleased. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was I haven't had a phone call or email after taking delevierly asking whether everything was OK.
