Friendly and informative
I saw the car I liked on their website and went to their showroom to look at it. The sales staff were very helpful, answered all my questions and took me on a quite long test drive. I didn't feel as if I was being pressured or hurried at any time. To top it all they gave me a very generous price on my old car. All in all a very stress free experience.
Good but thet could've gone that extra mile
As I was looking for a very specific car that was fairly rare I travelled over 220 miles to conduct a test drive and part-ex my old 59 Reg Insignia. Whilst the car was ready and met my expectations plus they held their indicative trade in price. The only downer was that for some reason the original matching locking wheel nuts had been cut off and replaced with a Vauxhall standard set which did not match the rest on the wheels! Poor show on this point plus I cannot find a match anywhere even through Vauxhall themselves. Either I buy a whole set of chrome wheel nuts for several hundred pounds or try and paint the caps to match the others.

Hi Graham, Thank you for taking the time to review us, any feedback we receive helps us to help our customers. I am disappointed to hear about the locking wheel nuts, I have checked the service history and there is no mention of any need to cut the nuts off. If you mean the wheel nut caps then (having checked to be certain) Vauxhall only supply a black/grey set that covers 4 of the 5 nuts with the 5th uncovered nut being the locking nut. If you would like to send some pictures I will gladly look into this further for you.
