Reneged on Deal! Cannot be trusted.
Appalling customer service. Purchased a used caravan yesterday, great deal negotiated, left a deposit, signed a contract and arranged a date for collection. Today, they phoned and say that cannot stick with the deal and wanted to change significant items with the warranty. This is totally unacceptable and the most dreadful way to treat a customer. Be very aware that what they say to you, might not happen. Would I trust these people? NO!!!
Outstanding customer appreciation
We have recently purchased a motor home from Fullers Leisure, there was no sales pressure, we were left to look around the vehicle at our own leisure. When we collected the vehicle we were impessed because they had carried out service work which we had not even requested, it felt good to have purchased the vehicle. The aftersales experience is outstanding, their appreciation of the customer is second to none. I would certainly do business with them again, their promise on their web page is "We will take good care of you, that's a promise", this is so true. In todays business climate it is rare to find such gentlemen, true to their word.
Top notch and with great aftersales service-Superb
As I am not allowed to name individuals, I have tried to use initials to provide positive feedback to certain people. No pressure from sales team. You are left to view on your own but can ask for information if you need it. Massive selection of Motorhomes, all well looked after and a very good stock. No rubbish here. All I can say is that RC was ever so understanding and attentative and no sales pressure from him. Also, the Aftersales Manager whose name begins with N went the extra mile and was was extremely accommodating in letting us call in on spec for a few snagging issues on route back up to the North from down south, to save us a 200 mile round trip from North Yorkshire to fix these at a later date. The warranty is for 6 months but covers everything from the front bumper to the back bumper. NO QUIBBLES. I would not hesitate to recommend Fullers for a Motorhome and wiill certainly consider upgrading with them in the future even though 100 miles away.
