Just don't trust, save your money and time.

3000pound car went wrong 5 minutes after buying it. Burst turbo pipe resulting in loss of power. Car has not been checked and tested before sold as just arrived from auction and had a wash only(dealers own words). Took 4 days to negotiate for it to be sorted by sellers mechanic (there goes 4 days out of 28days engine and gearbox warranty I wasn't able to use this car). After that noises and knocking started happening suggesting egr system problems. Few checks at our expense later we approached the seller being 3days out of warranty but getting no joy. Just didn't want to know. When I asked the seller about mot status he said there was plenty left only to learn its actually 3months.(my mistake not double checking). Just don't trust..

Poor Customer Service - Do not trust!

I bought a car from this dealership via Autotrader, the after service that I received was v poor,We agreed a price that was£100 off the asking price + a further£100 cos MOT was due in Nov20+28days engine+gearbox warranty, the ad indicated 2 previous owners but were 4 previous owners, the dealer apologised and said it must be an error n asked me to make him an offer, as the car looked in good order I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed the £200 off the asking price. The dealer did check the website with me on the phone but it did not mention any previous owners and we agreed that maybe it’s not visible on phone. We completed the sale n I took the car home.i did test drive the car an chkd it as best as I could, but on the way home the rear wiper did not work, I called the dealer the next day less than 24rs,after debating he txt me in eve to say sorry and would cover a reasonable repair,I agreed an spnt £30 for new wiper motor no labr,he has gone back on his word.BE WARNED ALL!

    Mixed feelings

Mixed feelings really. Great free delivery 50 miles from Peterborough when the car came Ioved it straight away. Automatic just what I need as Iam disabled and my legs don't work as use too. Upon delivery the man said he needs put a cambelt etc on my car and that the handbrake needs a new automatic lever. And knocked 50 quid off the agreed price but I accepted as I really need a automatic car. After he left my wife cleaned the car for me as was dirty inside in places even though was meant been valeted but mistake happen.but on my 2nd day of owning it and just 10.1 miles of driving it I've had to have a new altanator belt put on at 50QUID as old 1 was really frayed not what I expect in car I just bought. But to really take the biscuit the car I got 750 quid for is priced at 2190 quid mentions nothing about new cambelt etc and the handbrake lever he moaned about has visibly not been changed either! Feel very frustrated! Totally understand that dealer need make profit but 3 times over

    Please save your money.

Brought a car, problems from the moment I attempted to drive home, the dealer would express his anger at me asking if my car I paid for was fixed, whilst my car was meant to be getting fixed he lent me a loan car with no tax as he stated it wasn't needed. Warranty with this company is worthless May as well not be there, its taken me 3 months from start to finish to get a refund for a faulty car fault after fault and then he said I have done miles in his car so took £300 off what I paid for the car. My experience is very bad with this company and 1 star is a star to many. In my opinion you are to stay away from this company or you will regret it from the moment you drive off. I should of known better as he comes out with a battery pack to start his cars

I do apologise for your experience but we did advise you when you purchased the vehicle that it had 170000 miles, Cars with that MILAGE can be unpredictable unfortunately, we did everything in our power to put the car right as you weren’t happy after doing nearly 4000 miles in the vehicle, taking the MILAGE into consideration we think it was fair to deduct some money as it was cheaper than for you to rent a vehicle as we discussed in the office which you happily agreed, the remainder amount was refunded straight away,if there is anything else your not happy about please give us a call and we will be more than willing to help
