    I did wonder what it would be like taking my Jaguar to a Land Rover garage in the middle of a pandemic but I needn't have worried. The service and MOT were all done to a Jaguar standard and the whole experience was well organised.

    Under the current restrictions I felt that the team did an excellent job. Would have been 5 stars but for watching my dash cams front & back being disconnected! What's to hide? As it was going to be road tested surely it would be in their interests incase of an incidence. I can't believe that it's company policy, it just raised suspicion.

  • Over £220 for an Oil change every 3000 miles

    Over £220 for an Oil change!! This is after just 3000 miles!! Oil dilution, driver style, call it what you will A brand new car that has to have an oil change every 3000 miles is not fit for purpose. Oh, did I mention.... I bought the car brand new, it had to have a balanced shaft changed at 5000, then another balancer shaft at 20000 also a DPF filter change at 25000. Rear brakes had to be changed at 30000. Remember I bought this car brand new!! Funny how the front brakes are still perfectly good. And don’t forget the oil change I have had to do at every 3/5K miles. Great car Land Rover!!! Not. Guy Salmon?? Can’t be bothered. No return of calls. Book a service online you say?? Yeah that’ll be in a minimum months time. Make a phone call, don’t bother they won’t return it. Never again Guy Salmon.
