  • A year ago today I took out a finance...


    A year ago today I took out a finance for a car for 5 years, which was told to me was ‘a cheap good deal’. I also took a 3 year warranty incase of any problems. The car broke down on me 3 months in, also it’s been having problems with the electrics , so I proceed to ring my warranty to cover the problems , they declined as they are not able to fix ‘electrical issues’ which was not something I got told when I purchased the car. Ever since then the car had been having issues that are ‘common’ however I did not get told about this when the vehicle was purchased. Aswell as these problems there have been so many others but each time I’ve been told they can’t help me or cover anything. I am extremely disappointed and let down but the service provided to me. And would not advise anybody to go to carshop for their car.

  • Lost confidence

    My car is in the workshop for the fourth time. The response from Ryan at front of house is always exceptional, however, he should not be put in this predicament continually by the poor workmanship of his team of mechanics. I have lost all confidence in the standards I am experiencing. On the second occasion my car was kept for over a week with the assurance of a complete repair. I took my car for an independent inspection by a reputable garage which exposed no repair had taken part. Car was taken for a third time with the assurance of a fix. On collection of my car my wife had to drive home with no brakes and a banging noise from the front wheel. Again, took my car for an independent inspection by said reputable garage only to find the drive chassis had not been refitted correctly, and in his opinion was only a matter of a few miles before the whole front wheel was going to fall off. My wife’s life has been put at risk. Where do I get my confidence that when we collect the car after…

    I had no issues with having my car serviced and MOT’d. I arrived a bit before the time I was given and was not an issue and picked it up at 4pm as arranged Car was ready all work carried out and cleaned inside and out Thank you

  • Very straightforward process


    Very straightforward process, no issues found. I have asked for a replacement of wipers, which were not delivered, and for repair of my CD player, for which there wasn't time/technician. Generally partially satisfied
