  • Terrible Experience

By Ellie W on 18 Jan

After viewing the car I was interested in purchasing, I was told that I would have to return on Monday when there was someone available. On the Monday I had a test drive and transferred the money a few days later, I had to work around the schedule of the person dealing with my purchase (there was not many options) to arrange a day to collect the car. I was emailed later on in the week to say that I was unable to collect my car on the agreed date as there was going to be no admin on sight. I rang the branch to find out more, I was told that car handovers are never done on a Sunday and this person was not even due to work on Sunday. I was passed through to a rude sales representative who was very sarcastic and patronising. I was told that there was nothing they could do and that making a complaint won’t change anything “love”. I have asked for a full refund which I’m going to have to wait to receive. I would not put my faith in this dealership, the customer service is awful.

  • A Frustrating &Time Wasting Experience

    By David T on 10 Sep 17

We arrived at the booked time to test drive a Citroen C1. After almost 2 hours the test drive took place! Initially there was no salesman available. It took an age for the car to arrive from the compound. Answering a lengthy list of questions followed. Our 15 year old part exchange Renault was then inspected. Many photographs were taken and the slightest blemish recorded as though it was a vehicle worth thousands of pounds. The information was passed to the Business Manager. Yet another wait. The Citroen had damage around the driver’s door handle as though the key had missed the lock taking off spots of paint. The garage had unsuccessfully attempted to polish out the damage. The small area affected needed respraying. The salesman stated that it did not need respraying and would polish out which clearly was not the case. All in all a very frustrating and time wasting experience. Needless to say we purchased a similar vehicle elsewhere later in the day.
