    Despite the fact that I was considered a Loyal Customer, I ended up at the end of the day feeling that these were just words with no real sincerity. It is unfortunate that I decided to change my car a couple of days before receiving through the post a My Personal Royalty Reward Invitation. I asked if this could be followed up but received no reply.

    The technicians were required to re-calibrate the electronics which work through the windscreen. (I had to have a new one fitted after a stone shattered the existing). They gave me a time the job was likely to take and it was complete within that period.
