Unhurried Consistent Customer Service
My 5th new car purchase from this dealership, the excellent customer care has been consistent over the last ten years, that's why I have returned. I have never been pressured to purchase a vehicle or any "extras" and the whole experience is unhurried. They always go the extra mile to ensure I get the spec and price I am comfortable with. Having the same staff who know and understand your needs even after 10 years is a big plus. highly recommended.

Pleasasant experience. Sales person was helpfull and dealt with any issues I had right away. Even gave me plenty of time to find the spare key, before processing the payment for replacement. When found, the payment went stright back on my card.
Fantastic customer service - highly recommended
superb service, bought my new 500x Sport over the phone including trading in my old one, deal was similar to what I could get at home in Scotland, but service was a whole load better. All extras were sorted out, and I was kept fully up to date with the cars progress from order to arrival at the dealership. C the salesman was fantastic throughout, dealing with my questions and sorting out a way of getting roofbars on the vehicle which I wanted for my bike rack. Paperwork and admin was all well organised when I came to collect the car, and I was on my way back up to Scotland a happy customer. Thankyou Picadilly
Very well looked after by the salesman, especially given the present situation. He explained the differences and benefits between the vehicles I was considering and helped me come to an informed decision. He went through the paperwork carefully and then took me through the workings and functions of the car I'd purchased.
