Very Poor Service.
I bought a 66 plate Audi A3 when it was 10 months old from Harrogate Audi. The initial dealing with the salesperson was decent, I live around 100 miles away so everything was dealt with over the phone and email until I picked up the car. When I picked up the car, I noticed some marks along the aluminium window trim and I was told it was just water marks and would easily come off with a clean. My local Audi dealership confirmed this is not the case and this is to do with the cleaning chemicals used previously as this has eroded the trims and they would unfortunately need replaced. Had I known this, it may have changed my decision on the car. No doubt Audi Harrogate knew this. I was also told the 2nd key was in the safe and I’d receive this via post to my home address within one week. It’s now been 9 months and still no key after a number of promises I’m still waiting. If you’re going to buy from Audi Harrogate avoid completing the Audi survey until you have everything.

Amy made the booking as I was not able to be put through to the booking centre.She was very chatty and informative. Andrew Kinder was very professional and nothing was any trouble.Both a credit to the Harrogate service team. This is my first Audi car.
