Did MOTORVOGUE actually service my car?
Took a Panda in for a service a week ago. Not sure if they even looked at the car. The service sheet was ticked, but not sure how much servicing actually happened. Could not possibly recommend this company for servicing. They seemed rushed and disinterested. £200 and I'm now told by Fiat head office that it's not much more than a physical check and Motorvogue even managed to mess that up!
Friendly and efficient with no unexpected bills.
I recently had work carried out for a recall on my Jeep Patriot at Motorvogue in Kings Lynn, I found Staff friendly and helpful, Service reception provided me with a quality courtesy car for the day, and when I returned to collect it, My jeep had been washed and Valeted. The asst service manager reported to me that the car was in good condition with no faults, but might need a tyre in the near future, He also provided me with a very reasonable quote for this. The day was well organised, and I would have faith in this dealership.
Five star service all the way
Initially went along to just look around having no set idea what type of vehicle I wanted to buy. The salesman Maris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me plenty of time to explore various options and, most importantly in my opinion, never tried to force a sale. Once I had decided on the right vehicle for my needs Maris went out of his way to accommodate all of my requirements and continued to offer excelent service up to the moment I drove off the forecourt in my brand new Dacia.
