Quick and efficient process ! Young sales man from day one was super helpful, from seeing the car to collection C-19 distancing was always adhered to. Very reasonable price paid on my part exchange. Bad Experience
I bought my car last October. Firstly, they weren't very friendly when we talk about new deal and at the end, we got it. Secondly, and more important, I have my car on the road because it makes a weird sound when the wheel turns and it is not save, so called them today because my car is still in warranty. They said that the warranty don't cover this sound and if I want to take the car to their garage (Tonypandy), they can't see it until next week, plus charge to check and repair. My advise: if you want to save money buying a car, don't go to Pinetree.

I have spoken to the Workshop Manager who has confirmed that from the very limited information you have been able to provide we have only been able to suggest a possible diagnosis. For a full diagnosis you will need to book your vehicle in to an RAC registered garage . Unfortunately, as we are currently in a National Lockdown and operating on a skeleton staff our available appointments are reduced considerably. As you were correctly advised , not all faults are covered under the free warranty and therefore may need to be borne by yourself.
